A large number of our volunteer workforce fall into this category and should follow this guidance.
We appreciate that many of you are young in spirit and healthy, and this will be an unsettling and difficult time. Your line-manager will stay in regular contact with you and we encourage you to reach out to your hospice friends and community for any help and support you may need.
The contribution of volunteers to the Hospice is vital and we’re indebted to all the ways you support us. We hope to return to normality as soon as possible, with volunteers at our side.
At this time, the Hospice is responding with changes to our services so that we can continue to support patients and communities, and we will keep all staff and volunteers updated.
